A Bit About Me
After having a bunch of new followers, I kind of thought it prudent to let people know:
Who is Joe Glass?
I’m a new writer, at that current stage of working a day job to pay the bills, whilst also working on freelance writing projects.
My work can be seen in a few places:
- GT - I have had several articles, including two feature pieces, published within Gay Times magazine, the UK’s premier gay magazine. My biggest piece was on my favourite subject: Gays in Comics
- I am a sporadic contributor to Sidekickcast.com - I write an irregular blog on LGBTQ issues in comics called Tales from the Four-Colour Closet.
- I have also written pieces for awesome comics news site, BleedingCool.com, under the name of Joseph Glass.
I also write on two comics that are currently being published by Deadstar Publishing, before returning to their self-published roots.

- The Pride - about an LGBTQ superhero team looking to improve representation for everyone. I created The Pride and the series features art by Gavin Mitchell, Kris Carter, Marc Ellerby and more, and covers by Cory Smith, Jack Lawrence and Marvel cover artist, Kris Anka. Issue one is available now!
- Stiffs - A horror comedy set in South Wales about working stiffs discovering the existence of things that go bump in the night and becoming monster hunters, along with their talking monkey friend. What more could you want. I work as a co-writer on this series. Issue One is available now
!
I’m also working on other projects that at this time I cannot announce but keep your eyes peeled.
I can be found on twitter too - @josephglass
